About Us

We are a family owned and operated indoor plant and container hire and garden maintenance company with a difference. 

We have over 20 years of service to hotels and offices across Sydney. Our staff are reliable, qualified professionals with experience.

We listen to our customers and work with them to address their needs.

We're on call seven days a week.  Should you have a concern we will be on site on the same day, or at the latest the following day - or at your convenience.

For your plant hire we can offer you ....

• A wide range of plants.
• A large choice of containers.
• All our containers are 100% waterproof (no leakage).
• Many different types and colours of toppings e.g. pebbles, pine bark, coconut fibre, chopped rubber. 
• Your containers can be glazed to your choice of colour.
• We can also custom build troughs just for you (size, shape and even mobility).

For small offices with no floor space …

• Wall mounted containers with over-hanging plants.
• Bowls hung from the ceiling with plants trailing down.
• Troughs that fit on office partition walls. 
• Bowl containers for Reception, shelves or desks. 
• We can provide a Green Wall or maintain your existing Green Wall.

Triffid Garden Maintenance provides you with ....

• A fully integrated garden design service including landscaping and construction.
• Your garden bed leaking problems solved with waterproofing. 
• Irrigation systems installed and/or repaired.
• Advice from a qualified Horticulturist and Landscape Designer  (on staff).
• Plans drawn up.
• Council approvals obtained.

Office Orchids offers you live flowering plants in place of (short living) cut floral displays. The benefits to you are ….

• At least 50% savings on your florist's costs. 
• Cut flowers start to look tired within four to five days.
• The Orchid plants are displayed in your choice of sophisticated, stylish vases.  You may choose to use your own vases.
• At the end of their time cut flowers are thrown away.
• When our flowering plants are tired and require replacing, your staff are welcome to take these home to enjoy and watch them flower again next season.

• Also available are flowering Bromeliads, Spathiphyllum, Poinsettias and other flowering plants.
• We can also provide plants with colourful foliage - e.g.   Cordyline, Croton, Dieffenbachia, Aglaonema and Syngonium. 

• Triffid will also place tall background plants to highlight the front flowering plants.  Examples of these plants are Kentia palms, Golden Cane palms, Boston ferns and many others.
